A Great Stress Reducing Hobby … Trains

Some fun talk here! I don’t know about you, but my eyes hurt from working on the computers after a while. Even video games can’t be that great for our eyes. I hope to encourage people to get into hands-on, 3-D hobbies.

Trains are something you can sink into and forget your worries.

Some people think it’s just about the locomotives, but you can have fun with the train scenery with out the locos. I use my little HO people and animals for photos and videos all the time. You can make little towns and scenes. If you are into video games, you can even make war or Mad Max type scenery.

Personally I like forest and farms. I also like to collect odd train cars and unusual locos. I used to make trees and sell them on Ebay.

Well anyways, here are 3 Squidoo lenses on getting into the hobby.
The first is to help people decide what scale or size they have room for. Apartment people can keep Z or N scale easily.
Then the N scale and HO scale show you that there is more to trains than just the Locos.
